I know... shocking.
We went to the park today with our homeschool group. I would post a picture, but I am forced to post from the comfort of the chair with the laptop, so I will have to get to it later. Anyway, we went to the park and while I was walking from the van to the group I rolled my ankle. Loud gross pops and all.
Long story short, I am sitting here with ice and lots of advil. It looks like I have a grapefruit for an ankle.
The good news is that I do this all the time and know that if I stay off of it for a few days, it will be fine. The bad news is that we are having guests for dinner tomorrow and I still have to go to the store, clean the house, etc. I am making Valeria's lasagna, so I can run to the store in the morning, ice the ankle, work on the lasagna, ice the ankle, feed the guests... you get the idea. If I bribe the boys with the proper amount of money or ice cream, I am sure they will straighten up the house.
